At I Like Buffet, we offer flexible reservation changes to ensure the best dining experience for our guests.
1. Ticket Cancellation:
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 hours before your scheduled time.
- For cancellations made after this period, the reservation may be rescheduled to another time slot subject to availability. No refund will be provided if payment has been made, except in cases where the restaurant is at fault.
2. Change of Reservation Time:
- Guests may reschedule their buffet reservation (to a different date/time) if notified at least 2 hours in advance and subject to table availability.
- For large group reservations, please notify us at least 1 day in advance for proper arrangements.
3. Force Majeure
- In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or epidemics, the restaurant will proactively assist with refunds or rescheduling based on the actual circumstances.
